Additional Registration Application

Those who are already registered, but would like to get additional items (i.e. the conference proceedings, welcome reception tickets, conference dinner tickets or lunch tickets), must use an additional registration form.

The additional registration application can not be submitted on-line. You must fax (+30 2610 991 945) the additional registration form found at the registration page. Confirmation will be sent via email, after proof of payment has been received. Please remember to print and bring this confirmation letter with you to the registration desk in order to collect your tickets/proceedings.
